Casual Retail Assistant – Clarks EASTLAND (VIC)

We're on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at Clarks EASTLAND.

What you'll be doing:

- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences
n
- Fitting customers with the right footwear and offering product recommendations
n
- Driving sales through confident product knowledge and add-on selling
n
- Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards
n
- Supporting the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- A positive, energetic attitude and strong communication skills
n




- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
n
- Confidence in approaching customers and building rapport
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Flexible availability, including weekends and late trade
n
- Main days of work but not limited to are, Tuesday, Thursday nights, Saturdays
n
