Step into a professional team within a large-scale industrial setting. Utilise your expertise and commitment to safety to lead boiler operation. Your role will be to:

n

n
- Operate and monitor boilers, refrigeration systems, compressors, and associated plant machinery;
n
- Ensure safe operation in accordance with WHS legislation, site procedures, and manufacturer guidelines;
n
- Conduct routine inspections, checks, and log readings;
n
- Respond to alarms, faults, and abnormal operating conditions;
n
- Perform start-ups, shutdowns, isolations, and changeovers;
n
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams;
n
- Assist with planned maintenance and shutdown activities;
n
- Maintain accurate operational records and compliance documentation; and
n
- Report hazards, incidents, and equipment defects promptly.

This position is suited to an experienced operator confident in operation and monitoring of industrial systems. As such, you will have:

n

n
- Current HRWL – Advanced Boiler Operation (ABO)(mandatory)
n
- Experience operating industrial boilers and refrigeration systems
n
- Sound knowledge of boiler water chemistry and treatment
n
- Strong understanding of WHS and safe operating procedures
n
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
- Valuable communication and record-keeping skills
n
- Willingness to work shifts – 5on/4off, 4on/5off, 5on/5off etc.
n
