Chelgrave Contracting is currently looking for C10 and C8 maintenance fitters across all industries.
n
About the role:
n
n
- Perform scheduled inspections and condition assessment on machines
n
- Effectively carry out preventative maintenance, identify, solve and remedy breakdown issues
n
- Maintain production plant
n
- Work with operations team to communicate and provide detail of machine status
n
n
About you:
n
n
- Trade Certification in Mechanical fitting
n
- Post trade qualification will be highly regarded
n
- Minimum 3 years' post trade experience.
n
- Sound break down and planned maintenance fitting knowledge
n
- Previous experience in manufacturing is well regarded
n
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing strategies and initiatives
n
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
n
- Ability to communicate effectively with good reporting skills
n
- Excellent safety focus with a solid understanding of safe work practices
n
- A keen interest in advanced technologies
n
n
