About the Role

We are looking for 2 superstars

n

Your days will be a mix of delivering beautiful treatments, supporting skins with barrier first treatments and products

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Delivering exceptional beauty and skin treatments with a barrier first approach
n
- Creating a warm, personalised experience for every client
n
- Conducting consultations and understanding your clients' individual needs
n
- Recommending treatments and homecare suited to each client
n
- Building genuine, long-term client relationships
n
- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and presentation
n
- Working as part of a supportive and friendly team
n
- Keeping up to date with products, treatments and industry knowledge
n
- Contributing to a positive and happy clinic setting
n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for someone who is confident, warm, genuine and passionate about skin and beauty.

n

You might be experienced and ready to take the next step in your career, or simply looking for a beautiful clinic where you can settle in, grow and enjoy coming to work.

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- A recognised Beauty or Dermal Therapy degree
n
- 4+ years in a similar role
n
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry
n
- Great communication skills and a friendly personality
n
- Confidence with clients and consultations
n
- A high level of attention to detail
n




- Excellent personal presentation
n
- A reliable, positive and professional attitude
n
- The ability to work independently while being a great team player
n
- Skin barrier knowledge and experience with treating barrier imparied skins
n
- IPL, sugaring and lash lifting experience or willing to learn
n
- Advanced treatments such as skin needling is a must
n
