Essentially Brands Australia PTY/LTD, a leading provider of premium Pet products, Confectionary, Bakery among a few more, is seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Ballarat district VIC 3350. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to leverage your strong sales skills and passion for the pet industry to drive growth and success for our company.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting activities
n
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and identify upselling opportunities
n
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience
n
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales strategies and execution
n
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotional activities
n
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to customers
n
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
n
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer objections and close sales
n
- Proactive and self‐motivated with a results‐driven mindset

- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
