Are you energised by fast-paced environments and high-volume recruitment? We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who thrives under pressure and can manage a large number of candidates each week. Your core responsibility will be interviewing, but you'll also play a key role in sourcing and thinking creatively to attract talent in a competitive market. This is a temporary (4 month) role.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Conduct high volume of phone and video interviews daily for contact centre roles
n
- Manage a rapid-paced recruitment pipeline across multiple roles and locations
n
- Use structured interview guides and assessment rubrics to ensure fair and consistent hiring decisions
n
- Provide timely and professional feedback to candidates
n
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure interview slots are filled and targets are met
n




- Keep accurate records and progress tracking in our ATS
n
- Deliver a great candidate experience from application to offer
n

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a high-volume interviewing role
n
- Confidence in speaking with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds
n
- Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
- A people-first mindset and natural communication skills
n
- Familiarity with ATS systems
