We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Operational Planner to support workshop operations, production planning, procurement, inventory control, and customer service within our Brisbane team.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Coordinating workshop schedules, job priorities, and production activities
- Managing purchasing, supplier relationships, and inventory control
- Coordinating freight, dispatch, and supply chain activities




- Monitoring job progress, reporting, and operational documentation
- Acting as a key contact for customer enquiries and service updates
- Supporting ISO, SHERQ, quality and safety compliance requirements
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and workplace efficiency

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years' experience in operations planning, workshop coordination, purchasing, or inventory control
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
- SAP or ERP system experience highly regarded
- Knowledge of ISO standards and SHERQ compliance
- Robust organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Forklift Licence, White Card, First Aid/CPR, or supply chain qualifications highly regarded
