Oversee the full day-to-day operations of your club

Lead, coach, and motivate your team to perform at their best

Develop and execute local social media and marketing strategy

Build meaningful connections through community engagement

Maintain a safe, clean, and high-standard setting

Ensure compliance with franchise guidelines and OH&S; standards

What You'll Bring

Proven leadership or management experience — fitness industry preferred

n

A confident communicator with solid customer service instincts

n

Results-driven and proactive, with a genuine sense of ownership

Passion for health and fitness, and helping others reach their goals

n

Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities

n

Requirements

n

Current First Aid & CPR certification

n

Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

n

Full-time availability — 38 hours per week
