We are seeking a Full Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team of attendants to deliver excellent cleanliness and service to our deserving guests.

n

About The Role:

n

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.

n

Conduct inspections of guest rooms, suites, public areas and back-of-house spaces to ensure brand and quality standards are met.

n

Allocate daily room assignments and monitor team productivity and performance.

n

Coach, train and support team members to deliver exceptional service and presentation standards.

n

Ensure guest rooms are prepared to a high standard for arrivals, VIP guests, weddings and conference groups.

n

Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns.

n

Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with the Maintenance team to ensure timely resolution.

n

Maintain housekeeping supplies, amenities and linen inventory while supporting cost control initiatives.

n

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies, procedures and safe chemical handling practices.

n

Work collaboratively with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Weddings and Events, and Maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

n





Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction scores

- Hands on active role

- Manage staff rosters in alignment with the occupancy levels of the hotel
n
- Maintain exceptional guest service and cleanliness standards
n
- Participate in a versatile 7 day roster covering day/night/weekend shifts including public holidays
n

About You:

n

- You have experience Supervising housekeeping or cleaning teams to deliver results
n
- You will have an eye for detail and be driven to continuously improve your output (quality and efficiency)
n
- You're are team player and a leader with great communication and interpersonal skills
n
- You keep a cool head under pressure to get the job done
n
- You thrive in an active and at times physically demanding role that will burn plenty of calories and keep you in shape!
n
- Are motivated to deliver guest satisfaction through the quality of your work.
