We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst & Scrum Master to join a collaborative technology team delivering innovative healthcare solutions that directly support clinical operations and improve patient outcomes.

We're excited to offer an opportunity to work on a range of strategic technology initiatives focused on pharmacy systems, medication management, workflow optimisation and internally developed healthcare applications. You'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders, Product Owners and software development teams while also facilitating Agile delivery as Scrum Master.

The Opportunity As the Business Analyst & Scrum Master, you'll work across multiple technology initiatives, partnering with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality software enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Leading business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process analysis and functional documentation.
n
- Working closely with stakeholders and development teams to define, refine and prioritise product backlogs.
n
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
n
- Removing delivery impediments and supporting the development team to achieve sprint objectives.
n
- Acting as the key liaison between Product Owners, business stakeholders and technical teams.
n
- Supporting system testing, validation, release planning and implementation activities.
n




- Driving continuous improvement across internally developed healthcare applications.
n
- Ensuring business requirements are aligned with technical delivery and organisational objectives.
n

About You:

n

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys combining strong analytical skills with Agile leadership.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology projects.
n
- Previous experience working as a Scrum Master or facilitating Agile delivery teams.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across both business and technical audiences.
n
- Experience writing business and functional requirements, user stories and managing product backlogs.
n
- Experience working closely with software development teams throughout the SDLC.
n
- The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
n

Candidates with experience in the healthcare or Pharmacy sectors will be highly regarded.
