We're opening an exciting new MECCA store in Macquarie, and we're looking for passionate leaders to help bring it to life from day one.

This is your opportunity to build a team from the ground up, shape an incredible store culture, and create unforgettable customer experiences for a brand-new community.

We're looking for two Part-Time Zone Managers (20 hours per week) to join our leadership team and help launch our newest store.

n

Our Macquarie store is expected to open in the final quarter of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.

n

As part of our leadership team, you'll be a guardian of the MECCA customer experience—leading with purpose, developing your team, and bringing MECCA magic to life every day.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

n

- Champion the MECCA customer experience and lead your team by example
n
- Coach, develop and inspire your team to grow their capability every day
n
- Partner with the Store Leadership Team to deliver commercial results and operational excellence
n
- Foster an inclusive, engaged and high-performing team culture
n
- Support the successful launch of our newest Rouse Hill store
n

What success looks like in this role:

- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
n
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments
n
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
n

Requirement of the role:

- Availability to work late evenings and weekends
n

n

To support the needs of our recent store, we're looking for candidates who are available to work one of the following weekly patterns:

- Role 1: Sunday, Monday and either Tuesday or Thursday
n
- Role 2: Thursday, Friday and Saturday
n
