Looking for a qualified Baker at two of our stores

Ability to be available to work a flexible roster, which willinclude shifts from 2 AM to 10:00 AM.

n

This is a full-time position, offering approximately 38 hours per week.

n

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year + Super

n

Bakers Delight Shellharbour & Calderwood is seeking motivated, enthusiastic and energetic Qualified Bakersto join the Bakery.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Preparation and production of quality bakery products as per BDH menu.

n

Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare dough.

n

Operating machines and tools to prepare bakery products.

n

Decorating cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream and edible toppings

n

Preparing pastry fillings

n

Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading,



de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and pastry products.

n

Glazing buns and pastries

n

Maintaining a cleanliness of machines, tools and premises

n

Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearances to determine baking times.

n

To be considered for this role you need to be able to meet the following selection criteria.

n

Ability to be available for work across the 7 days of the week,which may include evening work and some public holidays (starting times can be as early as 2am)

n

Work in a quick-paced team environment and communicate with customers and staff

n

Portray a positive attitude

n

Complete duties as directed by your manager/supervisor

n

Abide by company policies and procedures at all times

n

Train, develop and supervise apprentices and staff in the Bakery Department

n

Applicants with Minimum of 1 years' experience or Certificate III In Baking, as a Baker will have advantage for this role.
