The Role

n

We're looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our Melbourne Airport facility. Whether you've got solid warehouse experience or you're eager to build a career in freight and logistics — we want to hear from you. What matters most is attitude, reliability, and a genuine drive to do good work.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Loading and unloading of transport vehicles
n
- Palletising freight
n
- Wrapping completed pallets
n
- Daily housekeeping
n
- Complete weekly/daily operational checklists
n
- Unpack sea freight containers (palletised and hand unload)
n

n

Third party logistics requirements:

n

n
- Pick and pack daily orders
n
- Receive inbound goods
n
- Allocating locations accurately for inbound goods
n
- General stocktakes as advised by management
n
- Cross-checking orders prior to dispatch
n
- Assist other staff with varying clients
n
- Utilise RF scanner for all orders
n
- Report discrepancies directly to managers
n
- Report any visible damage
n

- Experience in warehouse or logistics — or a strong desire to learn and build a career in the industry
n
- A reliable, punctual person who takes pride in doing things properly
n
- Strong attention to detail and workplace safety
n
- Ability to consistently meet rostered shifts and work schedules
n
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
- Good communication and the ability to work well in a team and independently
n
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg
n
- Commitment to safe work practices
n
- Forklift licence is preferred but not required
n
