Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lawn & Garden Landscape Maintenance professional to join our team at Clean Cut Gardens in North Balgowlah, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes in the local area.

What you'll be doing

n

Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns and gardens to keep them well-manicured

n

Pruning, weeding, and mulching plant beds

n

Clearing leaves, debris, and other garden waste

n

Watering and fertilising plants, lawns, and gardens as needed

n

Identifying and addressing any pest or disease issues

n

Providing general landscape maintenance and enhancing the curb appeal of properties

n

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner

n

What we're looking for

n

At least 2 years of experience in a similar lawn and garden maintenance role

n

Demonstrated knowledge of proper lawn, plant, and garden care techniques

n

Proficiency in using lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment

n

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

n

Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

n





A valid driver's licence and able to drive a manual vehicle an advantage

n

Ability to drive a manual vehicle is preferred but not essential for this role

n

Must hold a valid driver's licence as this is a mandatory requirement for the position

n

Open to candidates of any residency status, including those requiring work visas
