Apprenticeships Are Us is seeking motivated 1st Year Panel Beating & Spray Painting Apprentices to join one of our host employers in Vineyard, NSW. You'll work on trucks and heavy vehicles in a modern repair workshop while learning from experienced tradespeople and working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

With the heavy vehicle industry continuing to grow, qualified panel beaters and spray painters are in high demand, making this an excellent career choice for those who enjoy practical, hands-on work.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you'll develop practical skills by:
n
n
- Assisting with body repairs on trucks and heavy vehicles.
n
- Removing, repairing and refitting damaged panels and components.
n
- Preparing vehicle surfaces for repair, priming and painting.
n
- Learning spray painting preparation techniques, including sanding, masking and paint mixing.
n
- Supporting qualified spray painters with refinishing work.
n
- Using hand and power tools safely in a skilled workshop.
n
- Learning how to straighten, align and fit panels on heavy vehicles.
n
- Assisting with general workshop duties while developing your trade skills.
n

About You

We're looking for someone who is motivated, reliable and eager to learn.
