Aus Cosmetics is one of the top skin care product contract manufacturers in Australia, producing a broad range of cosmetic and personal care goods. Part of the Activ Pharmaceuticals Group, Aus Cosmetics provides a complete manufacturing service from procurement of formulation through to dispatchment.

Based in Taren Point, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed Cosmetic Compounder to work with the production team and quality team, making cosmetic products.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Dispensing and weighing materials for cosmetic formulations
n
- Following formula instructions and operating manufacturing equipment
n
- Processing and combining raw materials to produce a cosmetic product
n
- Sampling products and performing routine physical quality checks
n
- Cleaning, sanitising and maintaining the production area and equipment
n
- Completing all required production documentation accurately.
n

The successful candidate requires

n

n




- Experience in blending and processing creams, lotions or similar products is desirable
n
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment such as mixers, homogenisers and pumps is preferred
n
- Valuable communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
n
- Some understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices is favourable
n
- Ability to work in a team, reliable and with a desire to learn
n
- Physically well and capable of lifting (20+Kg)
n
