Millthorpe Early Learning Centre (formally known as Millthorpe Little Learning Centre), in Millthorpe NSW, is seeking a Childcare Educator (trainee, Certificate III or Diploma) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality care and early education to the children in our centre.

What you'll be doing
n
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational activities and experiences for children
n
Assist with the supervision and care of children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and development
n
Build positive relationships with children and families, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment
n
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements
n
Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
n
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service's programs and policies
n
What we're looking for
n
A relevant childcare qualification, or interest in starting a relevant childcare qualification/ traineeship, such as a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families and the team
n
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
A genuine passion for supporting the development and wellbeing of young children
