Job Description

Aspect Personnel are currently working with a regional council to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their Capital Works Team. The role will be an initial 3 month contract.

You will have the chance to lead the design & delivery of community building, open space and civil infrastructure projects. The council offers an hybrid working model.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- End to End Project Management
n
- Management of contractors
n
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Deliver projects from pre-construction through to hand over
n
- Identify, review and manage risks for the projects
n
- Deliver projects to council standards
n
- Preparing detailed reports
n

n

As the ideal candidate you will have:

n

n




- A tertiary qualification in Building Construction, Architecture, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline with relevant experience
n
- Experience in project and/ or construction management
n
- Previous experience successfully delivering Capital Works Projects to time, quality and budget constraints
n
- Great stakeholder management skills
n
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
n
- Local Government experience
n
- A current driver's license
n
