Play the Wilde Collective creates unique outdoor environments where children can explore, play and connect with nature. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Landscape Labourers / Skilled Landscapers to join our growing team and help bring our creative projects to life.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to be part of a team building meaningful spaces for children, families and communities.

As we deliver projects across Australia, this role offers the opportunity to travel and work on a variety of unique projects in different locations.

The role

n

As a Landscape Labourer / Skilled Landscaper, you will work alongside our experienced team to deliver a variety of creative outdoor projects, including natural play spaces, landscaping and bespoke installations.

n

You'll be involved in all stages of project delivery from site preparation and construction through to finishing details helping transform concepts and designs into beautiful, functional spaces.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Assist with the construction and installation of outdoor play and landscape projects
n
- Carry out general landscaping tasks including planting, soil preparation, edging, paving and finishing works
n
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
n
- Assist with site preparation, materials handling and project setup
n
- Work with timber, natural materials and landscape elements
n
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and attention to detail
n
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver quality outcomes
n




- Contribute ideas and solutions during project delivery
n
- Travel to project locations across Australia as required
n

About you

n

n
- Experience in landscaping, construction, playground installation, carpentry or similar outdoor trades (preferred)
n
- Driver's License, White Card & Blue Card/Working with Children or ability to obtain Working with Children /Blue Card.
n
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
- Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to get involved
n
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
n
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
n
- A genuine interest in creative outdoor environments and quality craftsmanship
n
- The flexibility and willingness to travel nationally for project work
n
