- 5+ years of project management experience in software implementation
n




- Demonstrated success delivering Salesforce projects across multiple methodologies
n
- Experienced in proactively identifying, managing, and reporting on project risks to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely resolutions
n
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex, enterprise environment
n
- Experience in delivering fixed cost projects in a fast paced environment
n
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
n
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Secure
n
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication
n
- A passion for continuous improvement—for teams, processes, and outcomes
n
- Bonus: Salesforce certifications or hands‐on experience in Salesforce
n
