Engineer - Modern Workplace (Managed Services)

LAB3 is one of the largest Azure engineering practices in the Australasia region with a focus on Cloud & DevOps, Data, IoT & AI, Modern Workplace, Security, andNetwork services.

n

We're looking for a Up-to-date Workplace Engineer based in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra on a permanent, full-time basis, to be part of our Managed Services team.You will ideally have Baseline or NV1 security clearance or be an n Australian citizenable to be cleared. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting technical solutions built on Microsoft 365 and Azure Platform.

The Role:

- Designing and delivering Modern Workplace solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
n
- Helping organisations transform the way employees collaborate, communicate and work securely.
n
- Implementing and optimising technologies including Intune, Windows 10, Cloud App Security, AIP and Microsoft Defender
n
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical leadership and best-practice guidance.
n
- Supporting solution design, pre-sales activities and customer workshops.
n
- Driving security, governance and compliance outcomes across modern workplace environments.
n

The Ideal Candidate

n

n
- Strong experience in Modern Workplace and Cloud Technology platforms
n
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Enterprise Mobility + Security
n
- Experience with M365 suite: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Planner.
n




- Experience with Device Management: Remote desktop services, Virtualization (AVD), Identity Management, Intune,AutoPilot, EUC (Citrix) & Mobile Device Management
n
- Security and Compliance: Licensing, Governance, Data management, Features,Identity Governance, Microsoft Information Protection& conditional access.
n
- Unified Communicationssolutions and products across Microsoft 365 including TeamsCalling,audio&video; conferencing
n
- Experience with PowerShell, Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
