Are you someone who takes pride in producing quality work, enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment, and wants to develop your skills across multiple print and fulfilment processes?

QTCo is looking for a full-time Direct to Garment (DTG) Printer to join our production team in Kedron. While your primary focus will be as a print machinist in our DTG department, you'll also have the opportunity to cross-train across other areas of production, including Direct to Film (DTF) and Pick & Pack, becoming a valued member of our wider production team.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Operate our Direct to Garment (DTG)



printing equipment

n

Perform routine maintenance (training provided) and daily upkeep of DTG printers

n

Organise daily workflow to ensure production deadlines are achieved

n

Perform quality control checks to maintain our high print standards

n

Follow established production processes and standard operating procedures

n

Crosstrain in Direct to Film (DTF) printing, Pick & Pack and other production areas to support operational requirements

n

Maintain a clean, safe and efficient workspace

n

Work collaboratively with the wider production team to achieve daily production targets

n

What We're Looking For

n

Experience in a production, manufacturing or print setting

n

Previous DTG or digital print experience will be highly regarded but is not essential

n

A positive attitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes

n

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

n

Strong organisational and time management skills

n

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy

n

Good communication skills and a collaborative team approach

n

Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods

n

Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering great results every day
