We are seeking Café / Restaurant Managers to join our clients at an upmarket hotel inMount Isa, QLD on a permanent full-time basis. Candidates with Hospitality Management qualifications or equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.

As a Café / Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Planning menus in consultation with Chefs.
n
- Planning and organising special functions.
n
- Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods in line with budget.
n
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
n
- Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and remain clean, functional, and of suitable appearance.
n
- Conferring with customers to assess satisfaction with meals and service.
n
- Selecting, training, and supervising waiting and kitchen staff.
n
- Engaging with customers regarding concerns, complaints and queries in a professional manner.
n
- Ensuring company policies, procedures and values are followed by staff.
n




- Organising and allocating staff shifts.
n
- Monitoring and enforcing health and safety standards across the venue, educating staff as required.
n
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S;, Liquor Licensing, and other regulatory requirements.
n

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

- Formal qualifications with at least 1 year of relevant full-time employment experience; or in the absence of qualifications, a minimum of 3 years' relevant employment experience.
n
- A strong focus on delivering efficient and effective customer service.
n
- Punctuality, robust leadership, and excellent organisational skills.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business goals.
n
- Access to reliable transport.
n

Salary $75,0 00 - $95,000 + Super depending on experience.
