About the Heavy Rigid Driver role

- Requires: HR truck licence plus hands-on experience in construction settings and a practical approach to machinery operations.

Key responsibilities
n
- Begin the day at the main operations facility to prepare materials and equipment.
n
- Load, inspect, and secure materials prior to transport to various construction sites.
n
- Drive heavy rigid vehicles safely to support ongoing civil infrastructure projects.
n
- Deliver essential foundation materials and equipment to job sites.
n
- Assist site crews with foundation installation processes, including supporting machinery operation.
n
- Operate or assist with excavators, auger drives, and other relevant equipment as required.
n
- Perform general site duties such as setup, pack down, and equipment positioning.
n
- Accurately follow site instructions and layouts.
n
- Comply fully with workplace health and safety standards, PPE requirements, and load securing protocols.
n
- Be flexible to work extended hours and overtime during the working week as project demands require.
