Job Description

We are a high-volume wholesale distribution business seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join our fast-paced and dynamic Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in processing supplier payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts payable function.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Reconcile supplier statements and payments
n
- Process stock and non-stock invoices
n
- Manage supplier queries and provide remittances
n
- Reconcile purchase orders, goods received and invoices
n
- Process supplier rebates and credit claims
n
- Maintain supplier records and AP filing systems
n
- Assist with general accounting and finance administration duties
n

n

About You

n

n
- Previous Accounts Payable or finance administration experience
n
- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
n




- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Office skills
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
- Experience with ERP systems (Pronto highly regarded but not essential)
n
- A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach to work
n
