Help Shape Futures atC&K; Tewantin Community Childcare Centre!

We're looking for a warm, nurturing and experienced Lead Educator to lead our Nursery team at C&K; Tewantin Community Kindergarten. This is a wonderful chance for an educator who understands that the earliest years are built on trust, responsive relationships and meaningful interactions.
n
Working alongside a supportive Director and collaborative team, you'll create a calm, engaging environment where our youngest learners feel secure, respected and encouraged to explore the world around them.
n

- Full-time permeant position, working Monday to Friday
n
- Rotating roster of 7am-4pm and 9am-6pm
n
- Nursery Room
n
n
As our Nursery Lead Educator, you will:
n
n
- Create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where infants feel secure and supported.
n
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and your team.
n
- Lead the planning and delivery of quality learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
n
- Mentor and support educators while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
n
- Maintain high standards of care, documentation and compliance with the National Quality Framework.
n

What you'll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Hold, or a willingness to commence studying, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
n
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate
n
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
n
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
n
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
n
n
