We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our growing bicycle shop. If you have a passion for cycling, enjoy working with people, and like getting your hands dirty in the workshop, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on role that combines retail sales, customer service, and bicycle servicing. Every day is different, and you'll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping people enjoy riding.

About the Role

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Assisting customers with bicycle and accessory sales.
n
- Building current bicycles for display and customer collection.
n
- Performing bicycle servicing, repairs, and safety inspections.
n
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and recommending suitable repairs.
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised workshop and retail showroom.
n
- Managing workshop bookings and communicating with customers about repairs.
n
- Receiving and merchandising stock.
n
- Working as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding customer service.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience as a bicycle mechanic or strong mechanical aptitude.

- Enjoys working with customers and providing excellent service.
n
- Has a genuine passion for cycling and the bicycle industry.
n
- Can work independently while also contributing to a team.
n
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in quality workmanship.
n
- Is reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
n
- Retail or bicycle industry experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right applicant.
