BWC is seeking a skilled and experienced Water Cart Operator to join our growing team at our Keperra Quarry project in Brisbane.

This is an ongoing opportunity for an experienced operator with a strong commitment to safety and productivity in a quarry or civil construction workplace. As our project continues to expand, we're looking for reliable operators who take pride in their work, value safety, and enjoy being part of a hardworking team.

This role plays an important part in maintaining safe site conditions through effective dust suppression and general water cart operations. This is a Brisbane-based role offering consistent work, competitive pay, and the opportunity for full-time employment for the right candidate.

What's on offer:

- 45–50+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work
n
- Base rates plus overtime, paid fortnightly
n

To be successful, you will have:
n
n
- Current HR Driver's Licence (mandatory)
n
- Current Water Standpipe Ticket (mandatory)
n
- Previous water cart operating experience in quarrying, construction, or bulk earthworks environments
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
n
- Reliable work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
n
- Mechanical aptitude, experience operating other mobile plant, or truck and trailer licences will be highly regarded
n
