We're seeking Senior HR Advisor to join Our Clients Brisbane Office, supporting a large mining operation with practical HR advice, hands-on support, and room to grow. This role requires regular travel to and from their sites in North Queensland and is a outstanding career opportunity! You'll work closely with the Wider HR Team and Onsite Employees. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in HR within the Mining industry looking to step into a more autonomous role and also grow your career while still having strong HR leadership around you.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Provide day-to-day HR support to supervisors and team leads
n
- Support and coordinate investigations, performance processes, and compliance matters
n
- Help drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
n
- Maintain HR documentation and assist with reporting/metrics
n
- Support employee engagement and people systems improvement
n
- Liaise with corporate HR and Talent teams for alignment
n
- Support Site Management with HR Advice and Support
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Previous HR experience in mining or heavy industry environments
n
- Comfortable working onsite and independently when needed
n
- Understanding of award interpretation and Fair Work obligations
n
- Strong understanding of Employee Relations & HR functions
n
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
n
