Noosa Heads Motel
n Permanent Part-Time | $35–$40 per hour + Super (depending on experience)

Noosa Heads Motel is a boutique 23-apartment property in the heart of Noosa Heads, undergoing exciting growth - including three current rooms currently under development. We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to take ownership of the daily operations and grow into a senior leadership role as the property expands.

This isn't a support role. You'll run the operation.

The Role

n

n
- Full ownership of front office operations - check-in/check-out, guest relations, and complaint resolution
n
- Lead and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds staff
n
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
n
- Control inventory, supplier ordering, and cost management
n
- Report occupancy, revenue, and operational performance directly to the Owner/Principal Manager
n
- Full autonomy running the property during the Principal Manager's absence
n

About You

n

n
- 3+ years' hospitality or accommodation management experience (motel, hotel, resort, or similar)
n
- Proven track record of running teams and operations independently
n
- Strong financial literacy - comfortable managing revenue and operational reporting
n
- Confident, hands-on, and solutions-focused
n
- Australian work rights required
n
