- $32.18 Per hour including casual loading

As a Housekeeper. you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our camp facilities, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. This role offers a unique prospect to contribute to the growth and success of BOE while working in some of Australia's most remarkable landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness for accommodation, bathrooms, and communal areas.
n
- Comply with site cleanliness standards and all statutory camp regulations, including Workplace Health and Safety (WHS/OH&S; Acts).
n




- Collaborate with colleagues on site to manage dynamic housekeeping and maintenance needs.
n
- Support new processes and structures to enhance service delivery.
n
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and information flow.
n
- Deliver excellent customer service and adapt to individual client requirements.
n

Qualifications and Experience:

n

n
- A passion for outdoor education and supporting young Australians.
n
- Relevant housekeeping experience.
n
- Understanding of OH&S; practices.
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
n
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check (state-based).
n
- Availability for a flexible roster.
n
