Job Description

We're looking for Part time all-rounders at The Gluten free Japanese Restaurant in Alexandria.

n

Close to Redfern station and Waterloo station, 10-15 mins by walk and bus 308, 305, 355, 306, 370.

n

Open; Mon-Fri Lunch, Mon-Sat Dinner, closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

n

Dishwashing.

n

Cleaning.

n

Food preparation, but not included cooking, cutting and chopping, just easy task like measuring ingredients.

n

Assisting a chef.

n

Serving foods and drinks.

n

Operating the POS for payments.

n

Managing Take away orders and reservations using our mobile phone. Receiving and sending text messages.

n

Lunch shifts and or Dinner shifts (must be included 3-5 Lunch shifts)

n

4-6 shifts / week.

n

Wage; award rate (25.85/h Gross wage)

Knowledge of Japanese foods preferred but not essential.

n

No experience required.

n

No RSA required, we're not selling alcohol.

n

Intermediate English proficiency is required for effective communication with customers and team members.
