WSP's Building Services team in Melbourne is continuing to grow, and we're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a well‐established and highly collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver mechanical design across a diverse portfolio of projects, including major commercial developments, infrastructure, and emerging sectors such as data centres.

Job Description

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll take ownership of project delivery while supporting the development of junior engineers and contributing to client relationships.

You'll Be Involved In

n

n
- Leading mechanical design for HVAC and building systems
n
- Managing projects from concept through to delivery
n
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across Property & Buildings
n
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to drive project outcomes
n
- Mentoring and supporting engineers within the team
n

About You

n

n
- Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent)
n
- Strong experience within building services consultancy




n
- Proven capability in HVAC design and relevant Australian standards
n
- Ability to manage projects and communicate confidently with clients
n
- A collaborative approach and interest in mentoring others
n
