We are looking for a passionate Store Operations Manager to help lead our MECCA Albury store in NSW on a full time basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful
n
- Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups
n
- Manage and audit stocktakes
n
- Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback
n
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
n

What success looks like in this role:

n

n
- Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
n




- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
n
- A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
n
- Genuine care for people, and always stiving for the best possible team member experience.
