Mineco is a leading national civil and mining services company operating across the East Coast of Australia. We deliver comprehensive solutions to Tier 1 clients, including bulk dozer push, coal quality and recovery, mobile crushing, civil works, and rehabilitation services. Operating from our Head Office in Beresfield, a fully equipped Muswellbrook workshop, and a Queensland operations office, we support major sites across NSW and QLD.

We are currently expanding our maintenance team with an experienced Auto Electrician. This is an opportunity to join a team working on in-house Mineco owned and operated large scale civil and mining equipment.

About the Role

n

n
- Perform diagnostics and maintenance of electrical systems on large-scale mobile mining equipment including CAT Trucks, Dozers & Loaders, Hitachi Excavators & Mobile Crushers and Screens.
n
- Carry out fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance on electrical, CANBUS, air conditioning and control systems.

- Conduct detailed inspections and diagnostics to ensure optimal equipment performance, reliability and safety.
n
- Assist with machine upgrades, electrical component replacements and commissioning activities.

The Successful Applicant Will Have the Following Skills and Experience

n

n
- Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology
n
- Post-trade experience working in the mining or heavy earthmoving industry.
n
- Demonstrated experience working with CAT, Hitachi, Liebherr or other large earthmoving equipment.
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
n
