Job Description

Sleepy's are looking for a suitably experienced and highly professional STORE MANAGER to lead our brand current Brendale store on a FULL TIME basis.

About the role

n

Reporting to the Store Owner, this role will see you working across sales, networking, and leading the sales team to maintain a profitable store. This will involve a 'hands on' approach to customer service from a passionate salesperson who loves to sell sleep!

Your key responsibilities

n

Working to set KPI's to meet and exceed targets

n

Building rapport and effective relationships with customers

n

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously

n

General admin, stock and operational duties

n

Available to work aroster with full 7 day availability. Expect to work 3 out of 4 weekends.

n

Skills and Experience

n

A demonstrated record of success in consultative sales- retail and other industries are welcome!

n

Team leadership experience

n

A sound knowledge of KPIs as they relate to the art of sales and store management

n

A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, and a great experience for our customers
