- Temporary Assignment for an experienced Support at Home Care Partner

- Casual payrate of $63.76 plus 12% Superannuation

We are currently recruiting for Ongoing casual (locum) assignments

n

3, 4 & 5 days per week (pending the client's needs) Monday to Friday only

n

Casual / Locum hourly rates $63.76 plus 12 % super (weekly pay)

n

Clinical Care Partner- South East Suburbs

n

Local Government - Support at Home Care program

n

Commence ASAP, ongoing for approximately 2-3 months

n

4 days per week- realistic caseload

n





Office based role- Hybrid option negotiable after initial settling in period

n

Understanding of the Support at Home initiatives would be an advantage

n

Previous experience with Carelink highly desirable

n

Mandatory Documentation requirements

n

To be considered for our assignments you will need:

n

n
- Registered Nurse-DIV 1, AHPRA registration
n
- Recent experience as a Clinical Care Partner
n
- A national police check less than 12 months old
n
- A current Working with Childrens Check
n
- A minimum of 3 COVID vaccinations
