Responsibilities:

n

Plastic piping spools (HDPE,PVC,PVDF,PPH)PE pipes using Electrofusion, Butt Fusion, Socket Fusion, and Extrusion welding.

n

Operate gantry cranes

n





Collaborate with the quality control department for product testing, leak checks, and certificate issuance.

n

Ensure finished products meet provided drawings and quality expectations within the specified deadlines.

n

The successful applicant:

n

Trade qualification preferred but not required in Mechanical Plumbing, Mechanical Fitting, Boiler making, Machining and/or CNC Machining, or proven experience in Polywelding / Plastic Fabrication

n

Willingness to learn plastic fabrication – training will be provided for candidates with a trade background in Mechanical Fitting, Boiler making, Machining and/or CNC Machining

n

Ability to read and interpret isometric and CAD drawing

n

Butt Welding and Electrofusion certification preferred (but not essential)

n

Strong teamwork and communication skills

n

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
