Huff Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Tradesman to lead the day-to-day delivery of our new Lifestyle Village Clubhouse project in Caboolture West.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial electrician who enjoys taking ownership, leading a team, and delivering quality work. You'll work closely with an experienced Project Manager while running the site and ensuring the project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

n

About the Role

n

As the lead tradesman on site, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, supervising electricians and apprentices, and ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Leading and supervising a team of electricians and apprentices
n
- Coordinating daily site activities and work schedules
n
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
n
- Installing commercial electrical systems to a high standard
n
- Managing materials and coordinating deliveries
n
- Liaising with the Project Manager, builder, subcontractors and other trades
n
- Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and WHS requirements
n
- Driving productivity while maintaining exceptional workmanship

What We're Looking For

n

You will have:

n

n
- Current Queensland Electrical Licence
n
- Current White Card
n
- CPR/LVR certification
n
- Commercial construction experience
n
- Proven ability to lead a team and work independently
n
- Strong communication and organizational skills
n
- Commitment to safety, quality and customer service
n
- Current driver's licence
n

n

Experience delivering commercial buildings, community facilities, retirement villages or lifestyle village developments will be highly regarded.
