Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our tight-knit, high-performing team at MINT Residential.

n

Based in our vibrant Sydney CBD office, you'll be part of a small, supportive team that's backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group. You'll manage a boutique portfolio of fewer than 200 properties - giving you the perfect balance of challenge and control, without the overwhelm.

n

This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact in a team-oriented environment where your skills are valued, and your career can thrive, with very limited Saturday work required!

Key Responsibilities include:

n

n
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels)
n
- Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer service
n
- Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required
n
- Communicate effectively with tenants
n
- Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
n
- Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
n
- Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management
n

Shift Details (subject to change):

- Monday to Friday
n
- Office located in Sydney CBD
n

n

Qualifications

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

n
- A current Property Management Registration
n
- Hold a Class 1 licence
n
- Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
n
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholders
n




- Solid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
n
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise as required
n
- Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
n
- Availability to work Saturdays when required (on an ad hoc basis)
n
