We're looking for someone who can connect with customers, uncover real needs, and build solutions that add value. If you've ever had a customer say "I didn't know you could do that" — this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Building trust and asking the right questions using our 16-Step Sales Process
n
- Recommending solutions across cybersecurity, software, backup, device setups, accessories, repairs and training
n
- Helping customers understand the "why" behind what they came in for
n
- Growing your product and service knowledge across Apple, Samsung, Windows, networking and more
n
- Working as part of a results-driven team that values ownership and accountability
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Confident communicators who can build rapport quick
n
- Background in retail, hospitality, telco, gyms, or finance is great – but not required
n
- Sales-minded or sales-curious – you must be hungry to succeed
n




- Willingness to learn tech and services (data, security, software)
n
- Available for full-time work, including weekends.
n
