Job Description
We are seeking an experienced P&C; Advisor to join our People & Culture team across the Penrite Group. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role will play a key role in supporting leaders and employees across the business.

As a key member of our P&C; team, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to build strong relationships across stakeholders and provide practical, compliant and solutions-focused advice to managers and employees.
n
This is a full-time in-office position based at our Head Office in Dandenong South, Victoria and requires full working rights in Australia.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage the recruitment portfolio end to end (posting job ads, screening, organising interviews, reference checks and drafting employment contracts)
n
- With assistance from more senior members in the team, support and run end-to-end employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
n
- Assistance with drafting, reviewing, updating and implementation of policies across the organisation.
n
- Management of Penrite's HRIS (UKG Ready) and Training Platform (Go1).
n
- Timely administrative support with a high level of attention to detail.
n
- Ensure all departmental forms, templates, and processes are current and easy to access.
n
- Manage engagement initiatives and coordinate with other key stakeholders to deliver.
n
- Provide payroll support and willingness to learn back up payroll.
n

About you
n
n
- You will have robust end to end recruitment experience, with the ability to take ownership this discipline within the Company.
n
- You will have a minimum 4 years' experience in a HR/P&C; role, working across the employee lifecycle.
n
- You will demonstrate a solid P&C; background within a manufacturing environment or similar.
n
- You will have worked in a workplace where pay rates, overtime, allowances, and leave entitlements were governed by an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA).
n

- You will be technologically savvy, ability to pick up systems and understand how to create, develop and design workflows/tasks.
n
- You are degree qualified in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (preferred) or can demonstrate solid proven experience in role.
n
- Have a strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and awards.
n
- Have an understanding of NZ employment legislation (preferred but not essential).
n
- Have a high level of attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
n
