About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organised Warehouse Receivals Officer to join the dynamic team at Trumps. This full time role will be responsible for receiving, processing and managing the movement of goods within warehouse facility.

What you'll be doing

n

Receiving and inspecting incoming goods, scanning delivery documentation, and ensuring deliveries match purchase orders and quality standards.

n

Accurately recording the details of all received goods in our inventory management system

n

Coordinating the putaway of received stock into the appropriate storage locations

n

Assisting with the resolution of any discrepancies or issues with delivered goods

n

Supporting the coordination of warehouse operations to maintain efficient workflow

n

Contributing to the continuous improvement of warehouse receivals processes

n

What we're looking for

n

Demonstrated experience in a similar warehouse receivals role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries

n

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

n





Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities

n

Familiarity with inventory control systems and warehouse management software

n

Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams

n

Forklift licence and experience in operating warehouse equipment (beneficial, but not essential)
