With steady company growth, we are looking for a MC Drivers to join our team to run our overnight shuttle from Melbourne to locations such as Wagga Wagga NSW, Tarcutta NSW, Tocumwal NSW and Nhill VIC.

Home from Friday Morning to Sunday afternoon majority of the time.

n

Working with General Freight, the ideal candidate is a proven MC driver, drawing on your sound knowledge of WHS both in the workplace and on the road. This role is suited to someone who has a sound geographical knowledge and who takes pride in their work always considering the customer'sand company's needs.

To be successful in this role you will:

n




- Well presented and take pride in your appearance, vehicle and work.
n
- Have demonstrated experience in load restraint of general freight.
n
- Occasionally loading or unloading may be required.
n
- Have previous experience completing daily vehicle pre-start checks & driver fitness
n
- Electronic Work Diary (EWD) will be required
n
- Hold a current MC licence with a minimum of 2 years' experience
n
- DG Licence required – training can be provided to the right candidate.
n
- Forklift licence desirable – or willingness to obtain.
n
- Undergo regular Medicals as well as Drug & Alcohol testing
n
- Hold a BFM certificate - or willing to obtain
n
