So... what's the role about?

n

You'll be working together as a management couple, living onsite and looking after every aspect of community life.

n

One of you will naturally take the lead with administration, homeowner communication, events and community engagement.

n

The other will oversee facilities, contractor coordination, maintenance and ensuring everything continues to present to Lifestyle Communities' exceptionally high standards.

n

Neither role is about sitting behind a desk all day.

n

Neither is it about swinging a hammer all day.

n

It's about creating an environment where more than 170 households genuinely love living.

n

You'll become the people residents turn to when they need advice, reassurance, someone to organise a contractor,



help welcome a new neighbour or simply have a chat.

What you'll be doing

n

- Becoming the friendly face of the community
n
- Building genuine relationships with homeowners
n
- Coordinating contractors and maintenance
n
- Looking after the presentation of the community and facilities
n
- Organising resident events, newsletters and activities
n
- Welcoming new homeowners and helping them settle in
n
- Working closely with your Area Manager and support teams
n
- Helping create a community people are proud to call home
n

Administration experience is equally valuable.
