Alternate Manager - Mine Operations

n

Reporting to the Mine Manager,



this is a key operational leadership role with statutory accountability and genuine influence. You'll provide coverage for the Manager - Mine Operations while leading safe, sustainable and cost-effective underground production.

- Provide operational leadership and statutory coverage.
n
- Ensure compliance with legislation, company standards and site requirements.
n
- Oversee mining contractors, contracts and commercial performance.
n
- Build workforce capability, engagement and succession plans.
n
- Develop high-performing teams and strengthen operational performance.
n

About you

n

You are an experienced mining leader with strong operational and commercial capability, supported by:

n

n
- Demonstrated success leading mining operations and contractors.
n
- Experience in mine design and production scheduling.
n
- Strong contract administration and commercial governance skills.
n
- Experience conducting contractor audits and performance reviews.
n
- A Mining Engineering qualification and First Class Mine Manager's Certificate - Metalliferous Mining will be highly regarded.
n
- A strong commitment to safety, compliance and team performance.
