Job Description

We're seeking an energetic and hands-on Retail Support Lead to help drive excellence across our multi-site retail operations. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Area Operations Manager to ensure the smooth, effective and high-performing day-to-day running of multiple campus stores within the region.

You'll be a visible presence on the ground - supporting teams, coaching staff and providing practical operational guidance to ensure every location upholds exceptional standards in service, presentation and performance.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Deliver hands-on operational support across multiple campus stores.
n
- Assist the Area Operations Manager with daily store oversight, including sales performance, inventory control and customer experience.
n
- Train, coach, and develop retail staff, leading by example with a practical, service-driven approach.
n
- Analyse sales results, stock levels and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
n
- Conduct regular site visits to review performance, provide feedback and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
n
- Build strong, positive relationships with store teams and community stakeholders.
n
- Support the onboarding,



coaching and empowerment of new team members.
n
- Help resolve customer inquiries promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
n

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in retail store management or a multi-site support role.
n
- A genuine hands-on leader - comfortable working on the floor, supporting staff and stepping into operational tasks as needed.

- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to work under pressure while managing competing priorities effectively.
n
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for improving business performance.
n
- Proven ability to drive KPIs and deliver consistently high operational standards.

- Strong merchandising and inventory management capabilities.
n
- Proficiency with retail systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

- Flexibility to travel between sites and adapt to evolving operational needs.
