We're looking for an Employee Engagement Specialist to help bring our culture to life through meaningful communications and resources, engaging events, digital platforms and employee listening programs. You'll play a key role in shaping the experiences that strengthen connection, foster belonging and empower our people to thrive.

What You'll Do

n

You'll drive and continuously improve a range of employee experience initiatives, including:

n

n
- Employee communications and digital engagement apps and platforms.
n
- Employee events and Street Team activations.
n
- Contributing to an excellent onboarding experience
n
- Continuous Listening (employee surveys), reporting and action planning.
n
- Other employee engagement projects and programs (e.g. DEI, training events)
n
- Reporting, insights and continuous improvement across employee experience programs.
n

What You'll Bring

n

We're looking for someone who is organised, collaborative and passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences.



You'll have:

n

n
- Qualifications and/or experience in Human Resources, Talent & Culture, Learning and Development, Employee Experience, Internal Communications or a related field.
n
- Experience delivering employee engagement, training, communications, wellbeing, recognition or other people initiatives.
n
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
- Excellent technology skills, curious and solutions-focused approach to using digital tools to solve problems, improve processes and implement new ways of working.
n
- Experience coordinating programs and building effective relationships across diverse stakeholders.
n
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
n
- Familiarity with the ski industry highly desirable
