Melbourne Underground are a VEDN and RIW accredited civil contractor focused on long-term development within the directional drilling and civil construction industries. We deliver innovative solutions across complex utility installation projects. With a consistent pipeline of work across both EBA and non-EBA sites, including major infrastructure projects such as Victoria's Big Build, we are seeking an experienced crew leader to join our team.

About the Role

n

You will lead a civil construction crew,



delivering utility installation packages across various civil and infrastructure projects.

n

You will be responsible for coordinating daily site operations, sequencing works, and driving delivery outcomes in collaboration with supervisors and engineers. You will play a key role in ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, program requirements, and quality standards.

A robust focus on leadership, planning, communication, and technical understanding of civil construction methods is essential.

Required skills/experience:

- Proven experience leading and supervising crews
n
- Ability to manage site activities safely and efficiently
n
- Valid Victorian Driver's Licence
n
- Construction Induction Card (White/Red Card)
