To be successful you will have the following:
- Trade qualifications are ideal, but strong hands-on experience is essential
- 2-5+ years of Foreman experience with a reputable company
- Experience on projects valued over $100M is highly desirable
- Proven expertise in finishes, with a strong track record of quality outcomes

The project blends high-end residential living with integrated community care and safety is at the heart of everything we do.
Chance:
You will have proven experience delivering commercial and/or residential projects as a Foreman, with strong expertise in managing high-quality finishes. You will be skilled at driving productivity, coordinating trades, and maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship across every stage of delivery.
Experience working within a Tier 1 construction environment is highly regarded, along with the ability to drive commercial outcomes, manage project priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. This is a long-term opportunity on a landmark project, running through to late 2027.
